Client Testimonial

“James assisted us with our most recent transaction, the acquisition of a 30,000 sq ft Distribution building in Rugby. We were struggling to find suitable premises and James identified a building which we were not aware of. James was instrumental in eliminating the hurdles we incurred during the legal process and succeeded in completing the transaction within 21 days. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to work with James again in the future”.
