Challenge

To market a 2.5 acre development site on a Design & Build basis with a view to securing pre-lets for any uses falling within B1, B2 and B8. Prospective tenants would need to offer excellent covenant strength and be able to commit to a minimum lease term of 10 years.

Outcome

On behalf of our clients, we successfully secured a 15 year Full Repairing and Insuring Pre-Let to GB Oils Limted for the development of a new 1.4 acre bespoke Logistics Depot. The open storage development included 3,000 sq ft of office accommodation, together with underground fuel tanks and high level flood lighting
