To identity and acquire a HQ building of approximately 25,000-40,000 sq ft situated ideally on the west side of Coventry on behalf of MNB Precision Limited. The property would need to include a higher than average office content and a minimum incoming power of 140 kVA.

Outcome

Darby Keye Property successfully acquired an Industrial Warehouse / Production Unit of approximately 30,000 sq ft with expansion land just off Torrington Avenue in Coventry. The property met all of the client’s criteria and the transaction completed ahead of schedule.
